The practice was formed in 1981, based in Darlington and we have been involved in many projects in the North East, Yorkshire and the North West. We have a wide range of experience which includes new build, restorations alterations and extension projects. These include work in conservation areas and works to numerous listed buildings. Building types include: bespoke individual dwellings, housing developments, specialist housing, barn conversions, mobility projects, educational buildings, medical buildings, commercial developments, offices and light industrial projects, vehicle dealerships, racehorse training establishments, village halls, community buildings and ecclesiastical buildings.
We are a small practice, two directors with secretarial support, and are therefore able to provide a "personal touch" to our clients, ensuring their needs are met from inception through all stages to final completion of projects.

Utilising Autocad Architecture 2024, Impression and Design Review Software supported by Corel Xara Presentation Software we can provide 3D drawings to enable you to visualise your dream home or commercial development. We are qualified as an Assessor for the Code for Sustainable Homes and Party Wall Surveyor.
