Description: We converted an old optician’s premises into a ground floor shop with 3 no. apartments above. This was challenging as it fronted onto the main footpath and we had to obtain a temporary road and footpath closure for the contractor's compound. The scheme also involved removing the existing roof and installing attic roof trusses and installing a new acoustic floor at first and second floor levels.
